InterContinental Lyon – Hotel Dieu invites you to an exceptional evening, a celebration of fine gastronomy, remarkable wines, and the art of sharing. Seated around a large convivial table, guests will embark on a unique culinary journey, orchestrated in the elegant setting of L’Académie, at the heart of Hôtel-Dieu.

Featuring: the Chai Saint Olive

At the crossroads of vineyards and city life, Chai Saint Olive crafts vibrant urban wines that remain true to their terroirs and are matured to the rhythm of Lyon. For this evening, five carefully selected wines will be showcased through a subtle and daring food and wine pairing.

As a special guest, Grégoire Saint Olive, owner of the Chai, will be present to share his story, his approach to the terroir, and his vision of wine, all in a spirit of sharing and conviviality.
