Seated around a large convivial table, guests will embark on a unique culinary journey, orchestrated in the elegant setting of L’Académie, at the heart of Hôtel-Dieu.

Featuring: Barons de Rothschild

At the crossroads of viticultural excellence and the art of hospitality, this evening will celebrate the Barons de Rothschild Champagne House, a symbol of elegance, precision, and uncompromising quality. Guided by the heritage of a distinguished name, the House crafts cuvées in which the finesse of Chardonnay and the harmony of the blends express a singular vision of champagne.

For this dinner, five emblematic cuvées will be elevated through a subtle and daring food and wine pairing, designed to reveal the full delicacy of Barons de Rothschild champagnes.
