Oenological Workshops

Under the 32-meter neo-classical cupola, discover step by step three wines from our regions with original grape varieties, accompanied by local bites. The themes of each session highlight the richness and diversity of our regional gastronomic heritage, shared with passion by our experts.

This August, Oenological Workshops will only be held on Thursdays.

Oenological Workshops at Le Dôme bar, every Tuesday and Thursday from 5pm to 6.30pm from €52 per person. Book your experience at reservationrestauration.lyon@ihg.com until 2 pm on the day of the workshop. Privatization of the workshop is possible for groups of 6 or more, with the option to choose the date and day subject to availability.
