Winter Chalets: a gourmet interlude at the heart of the cold season

In the heart of a fir forest, the Winter Chalets invite guests to a warm, gourmet interlude, born of an exclusive collaboration with the House of Barons de Rothschild.

Open on Saturdays and Sundays from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., as well as from Monday, December 22 to Friday, December 26, and running through February 15, these pop-up chalets welcome visitors in an intimate setting with 16 seated places.

To complete the experience, the menu celebrates the pleasures of winter: made-to-order crêpes, rich hot chocolates, mulled wine prepared according to Vincent Thomassin’s recipe, and Barons de Rothschild Concordia Brut Champagne, served by the glass or by the bottle.

Conceived as a place of gathering and pleasure, the Winter Chalets celebrate a season in which indulgence becomes elegance, and every moment is savored with refinement.
