Winter Chalets: a gourmet interlude at the heart of the cold season

In the heart of a fir forest, the Winter Chalets invite guests to a warm, gourmet interlude, born of an exclusive collaboration with the House of Barons de Rothschild.

Open Saturdays and Sundays from 3pm to 7pm until February 15, 2026, and exceptionally every day from Monday, December 22 to Friday, December 26, 2025 from 3pm to 7pm, these ephemeral chalets welcome visitors in an intimate setting with 16 seats.

To complete the experience, the menu celebrates the pleasures of winter: made-to-order crêpes, rich hot chocolates, mulled wine prepared according to Vincent Thomassin’s recipe, and Barons de Rothschild Concordia Brut Champagne, served by the glass or by the bottle.

Conceived as a place of gathering and pleasure, the Winter Chalets celebrate a season in which indulgence becomes elegance, and every moment is savored with refinement.

Open exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. until February 15.
Exceptionally open from Monday, December 22 to Friday, December 26, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
