For Epiphany, let yourself be surprised by a unique creation, designed as an ode to nature and traditional know-how. Under the expert hands of pastry chef Vincent Thomassin, Burgundy blackcurrants combine with the distinctive freshness of fir in a symphony of bold flavours. Nestling at the heart of this galette is a ceramic bunch of blackcurrants, designed in collaboration with the artist Marguerite Porche.
