Epona restaurant’s chef Mathieu Charrois together with his brigade and producers, welcome you to discover a selection of summer dishes, seafood, vegetables from our local producers, as well as meat and fish prepared using the ancient cooking method of the brazier and served buffet-style, as well as the delicious desserts by pastry chef Vincent Thomassin.
