Discover the First Wine Dinner at InterContinental Lyon – Hôtel-Dieu

For the inaugural edition of its Wine Dinner, on Friday, May 23, InterContinental Lyon – Hôtel-Dieu invites you to an exceptional evening, conceived as a meeting point between fine gastronomy, exceptional wines, and the art of sharing. Seated around a large convivial table, guests will experience a unique culinary journey, orchestrated in the elegant setting of L’Académie, at the heart of Hôtel-Dieu.

Featuring: Château du Moulin-à-Vent

A flagship estate of Beaujolais, Château du Moulin-à-Vent stands out for the elegance, complexity, and aging potential of its wines. For this evening, four carefully selected wines will be showcased through a subtle and bold food and wine pairing.

As a special guest, Édouard Parinet, owner of the estate, will be present to share his story, his approach to the terroir, and his vision of wine, all in a spirit of sharing and conviviality.
