In this iconic setting, enjoy an intimate guided wine tasting featuring three carefully selected wines, accompanied by exquisite culinary creations from Chef Mathieu Charrois, thoughtfully crafted to enhance the flavours and aromas of each wine and create harmonious pairings.

Oenological Workshops at Le Dôme bar, every Tuesday and Thursday from 5pm to 6.30pm from €59 per person. Book your experience at alexandre.grazia@ihg.com until 2 pm on the day of the workshop. Privatization of the workshop is possible for groups of 6 or more, with the option to choose the date and day subject to availability.
