The Sunday Brunch offers a luxurious and refined escape with seasonal cuisine, elevated by carefully selected produce chosen by the hotel’s executive chef, Mathieu Charrois. A truly unique buffet in Lyon featuring exquisite dishes, a selection of charcuterie and cheeses, delicious vegetarian options, assorted breads and homemade pastries, a cold and hot buffet including seafood, as well as house classics such as Eggs Benedict or carved meats and fish. The whole experience is crowned by delicious pastries crafted by Vincent Thomassin, the hotel’s pastry chef.
