L\u2019histoire de la cuv\u00e9e Les Arches<\/em><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Apr\u00e8s avoir lanc\u00e9 sa propre bi\u00e8re, l\u2019InterContinental Lyon \u2013 Hotel Dieu poursuit son engagement en faveur des collaborations locales avec la cr\u00e9ation de sa cuv\u00e9e de vin rouge. Cette initiative s\u2019inscrit dans la volont\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement de valoriser des produits uniques, con\u00e7us en partenariat avec des artisans passionn\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La cuv\u00e9e\u00a0Les Arches<\/em>\u00a0est le fruit d\u2019un travail minutieux et d\u2019une rencontre entre l\u2019InterContinental Lyon \u2013 Hotel Dieu et le Chai Saint Olive, premier chai urbain lyonnais. Ensemble, nous avons uni nos savoir-faire pour donner naissance \u00e0 un vin authentique, reflet de notre passion commune pour l\u2019excellence et le terroir.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

La cr\u00e9ation de la cuv\u00e9e Les Arches<\/em><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Cette cuv\u00e9e, imagin\u00e9e et cr\u00e9\u00e9e par les collaborateurs de l\u2019InterContinental Lyon \u2013 Hotel Dieu, est le fruit d\u2019un assemblage harmonieux de Gamay, Syrah et Viognier. Ce mariage audacieux conf\u00e8re au vin une belle complexit\u00e9 et un \u00e9quilibre subtil entre fra\u00eecheur et gourmandise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

D\u00e8s les premiers ar\u00f4mes, elle s\u00e9duit par son intensit\u00e9 fruit\u00e9e, d\u00e9voilant des notes g\u00e9n\u00e9reuses de framboise et de cerise m\u00fbre. En bouche, l\u2019attaque est souple et soyeuse, \u00e9voluant vers une belle rondeur, soutenue par des tanins d\u00e9licats et une touche \u00e9pic\u00e9e apport\u00e9e par la Syrah. Le Viognier, quant \u00e0 lui, apporte une l\u00e9g\u00e8re touche florale et une belle vivacit\u00e9, prolongeant le plaisir jusqu\u2019\u00e0 une finale d\u00e9licatement fruit\u00e9e et \u00e9l\u00e9gante.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
